Brixton Flats

Demolition is complete on the future site of the Brixton Flats on the corner of 700 East and Wilmington Ave just north of the S-Line and Dancing Crane.  Developer Baron Equities in conjunction with dbURBAN Communities is building the proposed five-story mixed-use development which will include 93 residential units, retail and office space.  The project will interact with the S-Line to the south, 700 East to the east, and Wilmington Ave on the north.  To the west of this project are the Liberty Place townhomes, also currently under construction.

Liberty Place

Cowboy Partners’  70-unit Liberty Place townhouse development is actively under construction on 600 East between Wilmington Ave and the S-Line.  The three-story townhomes are currently being framed out and will consist of mostly two-bedroom units.

Moda Highland Park

Moda Highland Park, a three-story townhouse project is now leasing on the 2800 South block of Highland Drive in the southeastern corner of Sugar House.  The development consists of 41 units that will be a mix of two and three bedroom apartments.
