In Pictures: 400 South rising

Now that the wood framing has begun on the Encore and Seasons at Denver Street Apartments, the developments are quickly rising.  Sections of the Encore Apartments are framed up to the the fourth wood floor (sixth floor overall) while the north side of the Seasons at Denver Street Apartments is framed up to the second wood floor (fourth floor overall).

Both projects are significant in that they are the first large residential projects to be built up to the street level on 400 South.  Residential developments like, Emigration Court and the Eastside Apartments are separated from 400 South by suburban style fast-food restaurants and a pharmacy.

The 189-unit, Encore Apartments will be seven-stories tall with five wood-framed floors above two levels of parking.  The 92-unit, Seasons at Denver Street will be six-stories with four wood-framed floors above two levels of parking.
