2018 Multifamily Housing Report

Salt Lake City is booming.  The city had 56 residential and mixed-use projects under construction in 2018 with another 42 projects in the permitting and planning stages.

I’m hoping to turn over Building Salt Lake to a new team soon.  In the interim, I’m making the 2018 Salt Lake City Multifamily Housing Report available for purchase (the report is free for current BSL members).

The 2018 Salt Lake City Multifamily Housing Report includes a detailed list of every multifamily and townhome project that was under construction or in development in Salt Lake City in 2018.  The report is in pdf format and is available for download for $19.

This report is free for members of Building Salt Lake and can be accessed here.  Members must be logged in to the member’s area to access the download pag.
