In the Depot District, CW Urban’s rental project The Beverly (45 S 600 W) and Centro Civico Mexicano’s Casa Milagros (145 S 600 W) senior housing are making real progress. Casa Milagros, right, is scaffolded for exterior treatments.
The West End project by Ritchie Group at 251 W 100 S is getting footings after installing two main cranes. Its first phase will add residential, hospitality, and hotel capacity around the Utah Jazz arena.
Clearwater Home’s Paperbox Lofts (340 W 200 S) and Harvest at Marmalade (550 N 300 W) show continued progress.

At 2200 S and Main, the first phase of South Salt Lake’s ambitious South City project is rising. It’s a six-story 150,000 sf office building.
CW Urban’s The Penny (1700 S and Major St – 45 E) rental townhome project is starting its final (fourth) building.
Moda on Main St and Van Buren is finishing exterior work. The convention center hotel at 200 S and W Temple.
95 State’s core is at 10 stories.Liberty Sky, luxury highrise at 151 S State, is well out of the ground.
At 345 S 400 E, TAG SLC is beginning a 45-unit apartment project.
